Who I am

Karteria Konsulting ("I", "me") is run by Wendy Nicholls (company number 16712017). I am the controller of the personal information you give me through this website. Contact: wendy@karteriakonsulting.com

What I collect

• Go Fractional assessment: your first name, surname, email address, and your answers and results.
• Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, what you are interested in, your preferred start month if you give one, and any message you write.
• Other tools on this site: the details you give when you use the Operational Health Score or request free resources.
• Website usage: I use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site. It collects information such as pages visited and general device and location data, using cookies.

Why I use it

• To send you your result and the information you asked for.
• To follow up with you about Go Fractional or my services, including one reminder email after your result and personal replies to your enquiry.
• To keep a record of enquiries and to improve my services and this website.

I rely on your consent for the assessment and follow-up, and on legitimate interests for responding to your enquiries and understanding how the site is used. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who sees it

I do not sell your details. They are handled by services that help me run this website and my business, who process them on my behalf: my website host and database provider (Lovable and its infrastructure providers), my email delivery service (Resend) which sends the result and notification emails, my business email provider (GoDaddy) where emails to me and replies arrive, and Google (Google Analytics). Some of these providers are based outside the UK; where that happens I rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

Assessment and enquiry details are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case I keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, object to how I use it, or withdraw your consent, by emailing wendy@karteriakonsulting.com. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
