Early career
Billing Manager
I started my career in a FTSE 100 as a contract billing manager running my own £8k-£10k WGP desk. I built and led high performing sales teams before establishing the first multi discipline Hays office in London. After a decade purely sales focused, I started running large scale operational teams including finance, HR, payroll, compliance and marketing. I achieved my Level 7 CIPD and Prince2. My commercial foundation still underpins how I help founders scale their businesses today.
Leadership roles
Led operations at scale
Over nearly three decades, I’ve led businesses through growth, transformation and international expansion, most recently as Managing Director of a US based deep tech recruitment company. My journey has resulted in award winning leadership and with some time spent as an Operations Director for a wealth management company, I’ve also built a wide investor network which is also of benefit to my clients.

I founded Karteria Konsulting to bring C-suite experience to businesses that aren’t ready to hire a full time COO. Building and growing a business is rewarding, but it’s also isolating at times. I’ve led large organisations, worked for ambitious start ups and learned as much from the mistakes I’ve made as I have from the successes. I want founders to have access to someone who’s been there and avoid some of the lessons I had to learn the hard way.
